Founded in 1991 by Gurcharan Singh and his wife Ranbir Kaur, Gurcharan Singh who had served as a sergeant in the Singapore Armed Forces until 1991.

Initially located on Kerbau Road, Jaggi’s rapidly gained popularity, leading to its expansion into three thriving branches.
